Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Wholesale Orders 2-3 business days)

 

 

Q: Do you include prices on packing slips?

A: No. You can locate your invoice with prices on your order page. We can also email you a copy if you wish. 

 

Q: Will you drop ship?

A: We will ship to any address you provide. inside the USA. However, officially we do not have a drop ship program.

 

Q: Are you willing to ship to eBay's Global Shipping Program warehouse in KY?

A: Yes. Be sure to include the REF# in the address, Contact us for instructions if you are unsure how to do this.  

 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Not currently. However, we are working on that. We hope to open to international customers in a few weeks. 

 

Q: Are you shipping from China?

A. No. All items are shipped from the USA. Most items will ship from our main warehouse in Tennessee. We also have warehouses in other states. We do not ship from outside the USA. 

 

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: USPS and UPS are our preferred carriers. We sometimes use Fedex and Amazon Logistics. 

 

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. 

 

Q. Are you hiring sales representatives?

A. We are not accepting applications for sales representatives as of now. We are expanding in early 2018 and will be reopening the application process in March 2018. We will be posting this opening on our website or you can ask your sales rep for more information. 

 

Returns Policy

You may request to return most  new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit (some items will only qualify for store credit). Items that have been opened are only eligible for store credit after approval by your sales representative or our customer service representative.

You will need to start a return request by obtaining a return approval number. This can be done on your order summary page. Failure to provide us with the proper information will delay claims.  

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR INSTRUCTIONS FROM US - THIS WILL DELAY THE RETURNS PROCESS AND WILL IMPACT YOUR REFUND/CREDIT

Once we receive and process your return you can expect your refund/credit within 30 days of us receiving the return.
